埋地燃气聚乙烯管热熔接头的矢量相干全聚焦成像检测分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Analysis of vector coherence factor total focusing method for buried gas polyethylene pipe butt fusion joints
针对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料的声衰减和声频散特性导致超声衰减,会影响热熔接头超声相控阵成像检测精度的问题,提出一种改进的矢量相干全聚焦成像算法(IVCF-TFM),应用于HDPE试块中横通孔缺陷(∅2mm,∅3mm)和HDPE管道热熔接头孔缺陷(∅2mm,∅3mm)的检测试验.结果表明:该算法对于横通孔缺陷(∅2mm,∅3mm)深度检测的误差分别为0.9,0.3 mm;对于热熔接头孔缺陷(∅2mm,∅3mm)深度检测的误差分别为0.5,0.4 mm;该算法检测信噪比与VCF-TFM相比,4种缺陷处分别提高了3.4,3.6,3.7,2.5 dB;该算法成像效率与TFM和VCF-TFM相比分别降低了3.83%,5.89%.该算法在处理HDPE材料的成像检测中,具有一定的优势和应用前景.
The acoustic attenuation and acoustic dispersion characteristics of detect high-density polyethylene(HDPE)materials lead to ultrasonic attenuation,which affects the accuracy of ultrasonic phased array imaging of butt fusion joint.An improved vector coherent factor total focusing method(IVCF-TFM)is proposed and applied to the detection experiments of detect HDPE butt fusion joint holes defects(∅2 mm,∅3 mm)and side-drilled holes defects(∅2 mm,∅3 mm)in HDPE test blocks.The results show that the depth detection errors of side-drilled holes defects(∅2 mm,∅3 mm)are 0.9 mm and 0.3 mm.The depth detection errors of butt fusion joint hole defects(∅2 mm,∅3 mm)depth detection is 0.5 mm and 0.4 mm respectively.Compared with VCF-TFM,the signal-to-noise ratio of the proposed algorithm is improved by 3.4,3.6,3.7 and 2.5 dB respectively.Compared with TFM and VCF-TFM,the imaging efficiency of the proposed algorithm is reduced by 3.83%and 5.89%,respectively.This algorithm has certain advantages and application prospects in the imaging detection of HDPE materials.

评论
