非对称三稳态压电能量采集器的性能分析与实验验证
Performance analysis and experimental verification of asymmetric tri-stable piezoelectric energy harvester

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the symmetric tri-stable piezoelectric energy harvester cannot move between the wells and generate higher voltage signals under the excitation of low intensity vibration,a piezoelectric energy harvester structure based on asymmetric tri-stable vibration model is designed.Based on magnetic dipole model,force balance and Kirchhoff′s law,the potential energy model and motion control equation of the harvester are established.The effects of harmonic excitation amplitude and noise intensity on the harvester′s motion state and power generation performance are simulated.It is concluded that the magnet deviation in the asymmetric tri-stable piezoelectric energy harvester leads to the generation of asymmetric potential energy wells.The wells can not only broaden the effective working frequency band of the tri-stable piezoelectric energy harvester,but also reduce the requirement of the harvester on the environmental vibration intensity,so that the harvester can move between the wells under low excitation amplitude,and improve the power generation performance.Finally,a prototype is made to verify the correctness of the theoretical simulation results.关键词
