Low Pulsation Optimization Design of Axial Piston Motor Based on Multi-objective Sparrow Search Algorithm and Back Propagation

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the rotary motor of a medium tonnage excavator produces large noise during operation,the swash plate axial piston rotary motor is taken as the research object,and the dynamic simulation of the axial piston motor is carried out by using the flow field simulation method.The influence of the structure and parameters of different damping groove on the piston plate on the pressure pulsation of the piston cavity and the flow pulsation at the outlet is explored.Combined with multi-objective sparrow search algorithm,the damping groove parameters are optimized,and the optimal damping groove parameters are obtained.The results show that the pressure and flow pulsation of the piston motor can be suppressed to some extent by increasing the depth and width of the damping groove in a certain range,and the U-shaped damping groove is superior to the triangular damping groove.After optimizing the U-shaped groove structure parameters,the pressure pulsation amplitude of the motor piston cavity and the motor outlet flow pulsation decreased by 4.38 MPa and 17.44%respectively.The reliability of the simulation results and the optimization method are indirectly verified by the motor noise test.关键词
