海上航天发射基础设施标准体系研究
Research on the Standards System for Maritime Space Launch Infrastructure

Abstract
The construction of low-Earth orbit satellite constellations at home and abroad is developing,and land-based space launches are characterized by problems such as station scarcity and crowded queue.Maritime space launches,as an important supplement to land-based launches,are gradually attracting extensive attention at home and abroad.This paper focuses on the construction and operation of maritime space launch infrastructure,and studies how standardization can support the high-quality development of maritime space launch infrastructure.Firstly,it sorts out and analyzes the current situation of domestic and international standards organizations as well as standards for maritime space launch infrastructure.On this basis,it puts forward the objectives and principles of the construction of standards system for maritime space launch infrastructure,and constructs the structural partition diagram of maritime space launch infrastructure,as well as the logical framework diagram and the structure diagram of the standards system.Finally,referable suggestions are put forward for the standardization of maritime space launch infrastructure.关键词
