铁路直通口岸站跨境运输服务标准体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of Standards System of Cross-border Transportation Services for Railway Port Stations with the Same Track Gauge
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and service quality of railway port stations,and in line with the standardization requirements of the railway industry,this paper evaluates the applicability of the current standards system for railway ports.It takes into account the intelligent,eco-friendly,secure,and efficient developmental direction of port stations,and constructs a framework of the standards system for cross-border transportation services of railway port stations.The framework encompasses six primary categories:general standards,interconnectivity,service quality,low-carbon and environmental protection,service quality assessment,and intelligence.Additionally,it includes 13 secondary categories covering various fields of railway port station operations,including operational processes,operational standards,and evaluation system.The research results improve the existing standards system of railway transportation services,and provide reference for development of the standard system for cross-border transportation services of China's railway direct port stations.关键词
