Abstract
Maintenance workers'rights and interests is an important aspect of ensuring and improving people's well-being,new requirements have been put forward for the standardization of social management and public services.Grassroots public service stations of labor relations are an important carrier to provide public services of labor relations,which is close to workers and can quickly respond to the needs of protecting workers'rights and interests.Through research,summary and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of standardization of grassroots public services of labor relations,and puts forward countermeasures.关键词
