Abstract
According to a series of environmental reform measures made by the Vietnamese government in recent years and its commitment to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050,the transition from combustion-engine-powered two-wheelers to green-energy-powered ones has become an inevitable trend in Vietnam.To realize its environmental goals,Vietnam relies on importing a large number of products in addition to its domestic manufacturing of electric two-wheelers.This paper compares and analyzes the requirement of technical regulations and standards for electric two-wheeled vehicles in China and Vietnam,to provide reference for promoting trade facilitation,eliminating trade barriers and reaching cooperation in the field of new energy between China and Vietnam.关键词
