Exploration of Performance Test of Incineration and Disposal Facilities in Hazardous Waste Disposal Centers

Abstract
This study systematically tests and analyzes the performance of a chemical incineration facility.The facility adopts advanced multi-stage incineration technology,including pre-treatment system,main incinerator,waste heat recovery system,and flue gas purification system.It is designed for dual furnace alternating operation to ensure efficient and stable treatment of various chemical wastes.The performance test includes indicators such as incinerator temperature,flue gas residence time,combustion efficiency,and heavy metal removal rate.The results show that the incineration facility meets or exceeds the design standards in all performance indicators,especially in the removal efficiency of hydrogen chloride and metallic mercury,which exceeds 98%.The results of the smoke emission standard test show that all pollutant concentrations meet the national standards for environmental protection,especially in the emissions of major pollutants such as particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,and nitrogen oxides,which are significantly lower than the standard values,fully reflecting the efficient environmental performance of the facility.The monitoring results of equipment operating parameters further verifies the stability and efficiency of the incineration process,providing important basis for subsequent optimization and improvement.关键词
