Abstract
With the development of society,noise of social activities has gradually become a prominent issue affecting the quality of life,which bring lots of challenges to the noise monitoring and management of the government.In relevant environmental complaints,noise of social activities has always been at a high level of complaint,bringing great challenges to noise monitoring and management.In the practice process,due to the complexity of community noises,there are some problems such as the application of standards and the difficulty in evaluating the results,which is not conducive to noise monitoring and management.Based on the latest revised Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution,which came into effect on June 5,2022,the paper takes the monitoring and evaluation of noises from facilities such as elevators,transformers,and water pumps as the cases,establishes the technical key points of monitoring noises of social activities,providing technical methods to solve various environmental noise pollution disputes in residents'lives.关键词
