摘要

Abstract

To address the current challenges faced in consumer product recall and to better promote the implementation of the consumer product recall system in China,this paper analyzes the current status of consumer product recall in China.It identifies shortcomings in aspects such as the legal system,work system,societal participation,technical support,standards supply,information collection,and quality improvement.Drawing on international product recall system and integrating practical work,the paper proposes corresponding measures for improvement and optimization.
