摘要
Abstract
From the initial element-based model in ISO 9001:1987 to the process model in ISO 9001:2000,and to the risk-based performance-oriented model in ISO 9001:2015,the contribution and significance of the quality management system to the development of enterprise management in China has far exceeded the quality itself.It has made most enterprises realize that management has standards,systems,and methods.Currently,the sixth version of ISO 9001 is under revision.Integrating numerous quality experts and management theories,however,the updating standard has entered a stage of confusion.Based on the perspective of value-added process,this paper analyzes the idea of value-added audit in different scenarios,and considers the process from the perspective of value creation,to realize value-added audit.关键词
