Abstract
From the perspective of policy and standardization,this paper introduces in detail the current laws and regulations related to quantum information in developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany,Japan and Russia,and the status of quantum information standardization in ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 14 on quantum information technology,ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27 on information security,cybersecurity and privacy protection,ISO/IEC JTC 3,ITU-T,ETSI and other international standards organizations and domestic counterparts.It points out the problems in China's policies and standardization of quantum information in the system,organization,standards supply and other aspects,and puts forward suggestions for China's quantum information policies and standardization.关键词
