Abstract
This paper aims to explore the application and value of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the standardization management of construction cost.BIM technology improves the accuracy and efficiency of construction cost management through vertical data penetration and horizontal cooperation.In the design,bidding,construction and completion stages of a project,BIM technology supports the cost budget,bidding limit price analysis,cost control in the construction stage,preparation of bill of quantities,and other stages,and realizes the standardization and refinement of cost management.Through the application of BIM technology,it not only optimizes the cost control process,but also improves the project risk avoidance ability,which provides strong support for the construction cost management.关键词
