Research on Standardization Training Mode of Technology Application-oriented Talents
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the training quality of technology application-oriented talents,this paper deeply analyzes the problems in the existing training mode through questionnaire survey,including unclear training objectives,disconnection between curriculum and industrial needs,and weak practical teaching links.Based on this,it puts forward a set of standardization construction scheme of training mode,including designing standardization framework,formulating optimization scheme and implementation path,and establishing evaluation mechanism and improvement strategy.It is expected to improve the quality of talent training,meet the industry's demand for high-quality technical talents,and provide talent support for economic transformation and industrial upgrading through the standardization construction of technology application-oriented talent training mode.关键词
