Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of ICARE teaching method in the management of standardized nursing interns in the department of nephrology.Methods:56 nursing students who participated in the teaching of the Nephrology Department in Deyang People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were included and divided into the control group and the study group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing teaching management,and the study group adopted the ICARE teaching method.The standardized nursing intern teaching management of the nephrology department was carried out,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 16 weeks of teaching,the theoretical knowledge of nursing,operation skills,nurse-patient communication ability,emergency handling ability,nursing thinking ability,teamwork ability and teaching satisfaction rate in the nephrology department of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ICARE teaching method is of higher value in the management activities of standardized nursing interns in the department of nephrology.关键词
