Abstract
Objective:To analyze the specific effect of Standardized Preoperative Preparation Procedure(SPPP)on improving the nursing efficiency in operating room.Methods:300 patients who received surgery from January to July 2023 in the First People's Hospital of Baiyin,Gansu Province were assigned to the control group,and 320 patients who received surgery from August to December 2023 were assigned to the intervention group.During the study period,the control group continued to follow the traditional preoperative preparation process,and the intervention group fully implemented SPPP.Data were collected over two phases,including preparation of surgery,delayed initiation of surgery,cancellation of surgery,and patient satisfaction ratings with care services.Results:After the implementation of SPPP,the operation preparation time was significantly shortened,the delay rate of operation commencement was decreased,and the operation cancellation rate was also decreased.In addition,the satisfaction score of the intervention group was increased by 15%on average(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The introduction of SPPP significantly improves the efficiency of operating room nursing,optimizes the operation preparation workflow,reduces unnecessary delays and cancellations,and improves patient satisfaction.关键词
