Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing combined with pain intervention in operating room on postoperative recovery and sleep of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:150 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to Lanzhou Lanshi Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing methods,and the observation group received standardized nursing combined with pain intervention in operating room.Results:VAS pain score,PSQI sleep quality score,getting out of bed activity time,hospital stay,fracture healing time and fracture line disappearance time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and FMA score,Barthel index and GQOLI-74 quality of life score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing combined with pain intervention in operation room for traumatic fracture patients has better effect.It can significantly reduce the pain symptoms of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,promote the recovery of body function,and improve the quality of life,which has high application value.关键词
