摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of pulsed magnetic infrared standardized therapy on chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods:A total of 94 patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome admitted to Huainan Oriental Hospital Group from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with pulsed magnetic infrared standardized treatment.The therapeutic efficacy,NIH-CPPSI score,prostatic fluid sIgA,VCAM-1 and IL-8 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NIH-CPPSI score,sIgA,VCAM-1 and IL-8 levels between 2 groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,decreased in both groups,NIH-CPPSI score,prostatic fluid sIgA,and VCAM-1 and IL-8 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulsed magnetic infrared standardized treatment process for CP/CPPS can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,reduce the levels of prostatic fluid sIgA,VCAM-1,IL8 and serum inflammatory factors,and improve the urination function of patients.
