Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic assistance in breast augmentation with standard prosthesis.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2023,80 patients who underwent breast augmentation with standard prosthesis in Nanjing Southeast Beauty Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional breast augmentation,and the observation group received endoscopy-assisted breast augmentation with standard prosthesis.The clinical indexes,stress response,breast augmentation effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of operation time,incision size,intraoperative blood loss,catheter retention time and incision healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of E,NE and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of breast augmentation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopy-assisted breast augmentation with standard prosthesis can effectively improve the surgical effect,reduce stress reaction,improve the effect of breast augmentation and prevent complications.关键词
