Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized exercise rehabilitation training on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:100 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Nanjing First Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received standardized exercise rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.Cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in LVEF and 6MWD between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After nursing,LVEF and 6MWD in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical activity,emotional state and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized exercise rehabilitation training in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function and improve the quality of life.关键词
