标准化护理干预在慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭无创机械通气中的应用效果
Application Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention on the Non-invasive Mechanical Ventilation for COPD with Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing intervention in non-invasive mechanical ventilation of COPD with type Ⅱ expiratory failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation from June 2023 to June 2024 in Liangzhou Hospital of Wuwei City were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received standardized nursing intervention.The effect of intervention was compared.Results:The blood gas index of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:When patients with COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation,standardized nursing intervention was beneficial to their recovery and clinical nursing satisfaction.关键词
