Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing on life ability and quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Bengbu Hospital of Shanghai General Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing.The quality of life score and the performance of self-health management ability before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life score and self-health management ability of the observation group were higher than that before intervention,and higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with hemiplegia after stroke can effectively improve the patients'quality of life and self-health management ability,and is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
