Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with standardized treatment in the clinical treatment of stroke and its influence on the improvement of quality of life.Methods:Sixty stroke patients admitted to Bengbu Hospital of Shanghai General Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the study group received TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with standardized treatment.The clinical efficacy,self-care ability recovery,nervous function,TCM symptom score and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the self-care ability of the two groups before treatment(P﹥0.05),and the score of the study group after treatment was higher(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in motor function and neural function scores between the two groups before treatment(P﹥0.05),but the scores in the study group after treatment were higher(P＜0.05).The TCM symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with standardized treatment has a significant clinical effect on stroke patients,which can not only improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life in the later period,but also improve patients'neurological function,which is conducive to the recovery of the disease,and is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
