标准化家庭参与式护理模式在早产儿护理中的应用
Application of Standardized Family Participatory Nursing Model in Premature Infants

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of applying standardized family participatory nursing model in the nursing of premature infants.Methods:A total of 62 premature infants and their parents admitted to Anhui Fuyang Women and Children's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected in this study.All of infants were hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).According to the digital table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The 32 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and the 30 cases in the observation group received standardized family participatory nursing.The overall nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The body weight and head circumference of premature infants in the observation group and the control group increased during hospitalization,and the growth rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P﹥0.05).The duration of feeding intolerance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The parents of both groups had obvious anxiety symptoms at admission,and the correlation scale score of the observation group was more significantly reduced on the day of discharge(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized family participatory nursing model in the nursing of premature infants,combining online video training with offline assessment,can significantly promote the increase of weight and head circumference of premature infants during hospitalization,shorten the duration of feeding intolerance,and alleviate the anxiety of parents,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
