国审新品种皖南黄兔的选育研究
Research on the Breeding of Wannan Yellow Rabbits New Variety Approved by the State

Abstract
In order to understand the growth performance,fattening performance and breeding progress of Wannan Ye-llow rabbits,the weight of each generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 10 months,body size of each generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 10 months,daily gain,feed to gain ratio and survival rate of each generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 4 to 12 weeks were measured,as well as heritability and breeding values of growth and fattening performance were estimated during the breeding process of new variety.The re-sults showed that body weight of Wannan Yellow rabbits at 12 weeks of age and daily gain at 4 to 12 weeks of age were moderate heritability traits.The weight of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 10 months was 539.57,2 464.84,and 3 660.36 g,respectively,which were significantly increased by 17.54%,15.54%and 13.69%compared with those of the first generation,respectively.The body length and chest circumference of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 10 months were 52.37 cm and 31.55 cm,respectively,which were 15.63%and 12.64%higher than those of the first generation Wannan Yellow rabbits.The daily gain,feed to gain ratio and fattening survival rate of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits from 4 to 12 weeks of age were 34.31 g/d,3.61∶1,and 96.43%,respectively.The variation coefficients of growth performance and fattening performance of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits were all within 11%,showing good consistency.In summary,the growth perfor-mance and fattening performance of Wannan Yellow rabbits obtained great genetic progress,and the breeding method was reliable,which met the requirements of new variety after systematic breeding.Moreover,Wannan Yellow rabbits have the characteristics of fast early growth rate,strong fattening and meat production performance,strong adaptability,and excellent meat quality.关键词
