Protection and Utilization of Genetic Resources of Xinjiang Tarim Bactrian Camel
新疆塔里木地区的双峰驼作为特种养殖动物,是在草原牧区特殊生态环境中孕育而成的独特畜种,是我国珍贵的基因资源,也是草原牧民赖以生存的主要物质基础.为更好地保护和利用塔里木双峰驼资源,本文对塔里木双峰驼的产区自然概况、品种来源、种质特性和开发利用现状进行了综述.并提出了存在的问题和相应的发展对策,以期为新疆塔里木双峰驼品种资源的保护与利用及产业的高质量发展提供参考.
The Bactrian camel in the Tarim region of Xinjiang represents a distinctive breed of livestock,and it uniquely adapt to the specific ecological conditions of the grassland pastoral areas.It is a valuable genetic resource for our country and serves as a crucial material foundation for the survival of grassland herdsmen.To enhance the protec-tion and utilization of Tarim Bactrian camel resources,this article reviewed the natural overview,variety sources,germ-plasm characteristics,and current development and utilization status of the Tarim Bactrian camel production area.And the existing problems and corresponding development strategies have been proposed,in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of Tarim Bactrian camel resources and the high-quality development of the industry in Xinjiang.
