Protection and Utilization of Genetic Resources of Xinjiang Tarim Bactrian Camel
摘要
Abstract
The Bactrian camel in the Tarim region of Xinjiang represents a distinctive breed of livestock,and it uniquely adapt to the specific ecological conditions of the grassland pastoral areas.It is a valuable genetic resource for our country and serves as a crucial material foundation for the survival of grassland herdsmen.To enhance the protec-tion and utilization of Tarim Bactrian camel resources,this article reviewed the natural overview,variety sources,germ-plasm characteristics,and current development and utilization status of the Tarim Bactrian camel production area.And the existing problems and corresponding development strategies have been proposed,in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of Tarim Bactrian camel resources and the high-quality development of the industry in Xinjiang.关键词
