Study on the Fattening Effect of Urea Ammoniated Rice Straw in Hu Sheep

本试验旨在探究不同尿素添加量对水稻秸秆氨化的效果及氨化水稻秸秆不同添加量对湖羊育肥效果的影响.本研究采用单因子试验设计,以不添加尿素的水稻秸秆为对照,用4种不同尿素添加量(3%,4%,5%,6%)氨化处理水稻秸秆,每个组设3个重复,40 d后进行秸秆感官鉴定和营养成分含量测定.根据氨化试验结果,选取氨化效果最优的尿素添加量进行后续试验.选择90只体重20 kg左右的湖羊公羊进行育肥试验,试验羊只随机分为3组,每个组设3个重复,每个重复10只羊.试验Ⅰ组为对照组,粗饲料为未氨化水稻秸秆,试验Ⅱ组的粗饲料为50%未氨化水稻秸秆+50%氨化水稻秸秆,试验Ⅲ组的粗饲料全部为氨化水稻秸秆.秸秆氨化试验结果表明,尿素不同添加量条件下氨化水稻秸秆的色泽、气味、质地均可达到正常水平;各氨化处理组水稻秸秆的粗蛋白含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),5%尿素添加量组的粗蛋白含量显著高于3%和4%尿素添加量组(P<0.05).5%和6%尿素添加量组的中性洗涤纤维含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),4%、5%和6%尿素添加量组的酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).湖羊育肥试验结果表明,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组羊只的平均日增重极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组羊只的料重比极显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01).试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组羊只的单位增重成本低于试验Ⅰ组,增重收益和最终盈利高于试验Ⅰ组.综上,在本试验条件下,氨化水稻秸秆的最适宜尿素添加量为5%;使用氨化水稻秸秆作为湖羊育肥日粮中的粗饲料,可显著提高湖羊日增重,降低料重比.

The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effect of different urea levels on the ammonified rice straw and the impact of different addition amounts of ammonified rice straw on the fattening effect of Hu sheep.In this study,a single factor experimental design was adopted.Rice straw was ammoniated with four different urea supplemental le-vels(3%,4%,5%,6%),with 3 replicates in each group.And rice straw without adding urea was the control group.Ac-cording to the results of the ammonification test,the optimal amount of urea addition with the best ammonification ef-fect was selected for subsequent experiments.90 male Hu sheep weighing around 20 kg were selected for the fattening experiment,and they were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 10 sheep in each repli-cate.The experimental group Ⅰ was the control group,and the roughage was non ammoniated rice straw.The roughage of the experimental group Ⅱ was 50%non ammoniated rice straw+50%ammoniated rice straw.The roughage of the ex-perimental group Ⅲ was all ammoniated rice straw.The results of the straw ammonification test showed that the color,odor,and texture of ammonified rice straw could all reach normal levels under different urea addition levels.The crude protein content of rice straw in each ammonification treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the crude protein content of the 5%urea addition group was significantly higher than that of the 3%and 4%urea addition groups(P<0.05).The neutral detergent fiber content in the 5%and 6%urea addition groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the acidic detergent fiber content in the 4%,5%,and 6%urea addition groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the Hu sheep fattening experiment showed that the average daily weight gain of sheep in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.01).The feed to weight ratio of experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of experimental group Ⅰ(P<0.01).The unit weight gain cost of experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was lower than that of experimental group Ⅰ,and the weight gain and final profit were higher than those of experimental group Ⅰ.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the most suitable urea addition for ammoniated rice straw is 5%;the use of ammoniated rice straw as roughage in the fattening diet of Hu sheep can significantly increase daily weight gain and reduce feed to weight ratio.
