补喂不同剂量的L-瓜氨酸对母羊繁殖性能及相关生殖激素水平的影响
Effects of Supplementing Different Doses of L-Citrulline on Reproductive Performance and Related Reproductive Hormone Levels in Ewes

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of supplementing doses of L-Citrulline(L-Cit)on the re-productive performance and related reproductive hormone levels of Hu sheep.120 healthy Hu sheep ewes with litter size of 2-3 and body weight of 45.65 kg±5.79 kg were selected and equally divided into four groups,namely the con-trol group,experiment groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,with 30 ewes in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet,while ex-periment groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were supplemented with 10,20 and 30 g of L-Citrulline per ewe per day on top of the control group.The pre-feeding period was 7 d and the official feeding period was 20 d.The first day of embedding vaginal sponge plugs(FGA)in the vagina of ewes was recorded as the 0th day of the experiment,on the 12th day,the thrombus was removed,and on the 14th day,antificial insemination was performed and 1 mL of LRH-A3 was injected intramuscu-larly.On the 7th,14th and 18th day after embalming,blood samples were collected from the jugular vein with heparin so-dium anticoagulant onan empty stomach,and the contents of LH,GRH,E2 and P4 in the serum of the ewes were de-tected.The results showed that serum progesterone(P4)levels were significantly different(P<0.05)in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ compared to the control group on day 0 of the experiment,and in group Ⅱ compared to group Ⅰ(P<0.05).On the 7th day,the serum level of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the control group and group Ⅰ(P<0.05);the serum estradiol(E2)level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).On the 14th day,the serum E2 level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).On the 18th day,the serum GnRH level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the serum luteinizing hormone(LH)level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05)and group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the se-rum E2 level in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)and group Ⅰ(P<0.05).After supplementing L-Cit to ewes,the conception rate,lambing rate,and twin lambing rate of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were higher than those of the control group.Among them,the conception rate of ewes increased by 154.59%(P<0.05),150.00%(P<0.05),and 24.23%(P>0.05)respectively compared to the control group.In summary,under the conditions of this experi-ment,supplementing L-Cit to Hu sheep ewes increased their conception rate;in comparison,the appropriate amount of L-Cit added per day was 10 g or 20 g per ewe.关键词
