摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changing rules of serum levels of squamous cell carcinoma anti-gen(SCCAg),cancer antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in patients with different stages of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 86 patients with patho-logically confirmed and clearly staged colorectal cancer in our hospital from February 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study participants.Patients were staged according to the 8th edi-tion of tumor staging system of the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC).The preoperative ser-um levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in all patients were detected by magnetic particle chemilumi-nescence method. The clinical data of patients were collected, including age, gender, tumor location, size, differentiation degree and clinical TNM staging.Statistical software was used to analyze the data and com-pare the differences in the levels of tumor markers in patients with different stages. Results With the progress of clinical TNM staging of colorectal cancer, the serum levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP showed varying degrees of increasing trends, and the levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ of colorectal cancer increased in turn(P<0.05).In addition, correlation anal-ysis showed that the levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in colorectal cancer were significantly correla-ted with clinical TNM staging. Conclusion The serum levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in pa-tients with colorectal cancer are closely related to the clinical TNM staging of the tumor, and can be used as the effective biomarkers to evaluate the severity of the disease and predict the prognosis.关键词
