Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of quantitative parameters of dual-energy CT in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with suspected colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All pa-tients underwent abdominal arterial phase and venous phase plain scan by dual-energy CT.According to the results of pathological examination,the patients were divided into the benign group(41 cases)and the ma-lignant group(35 cases).The iodine concentration(IC),normalized iodine concentration(NIC),and λHu of the spectral curve were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to evalu-ate the relationship between the benign and malignant tumors and quantitative parameters of dual-energy CT.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of quantitative parameters of dual-energy CT in e-valuating the benign and malignant nature of colorectal cancer.Results The IC,NIC and λHu of the ma-lignant group in arterial phase and venous phase were higher than those of the benign group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Logistic analysis showed that the quantitative param-eters of arterial phase and venous phase of dual-energy CT were important factors affecting the benign and malignant tumors(P＜0.05).The ROC curve showed that dual-energy CT had high accuracy in the diag-nosis of colorectal cancer.Conclusion The quantitative parameters of arterial phase and venous phase of dual-energy CT have high application value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.关键词
