Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of transanal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery on the postoperative recovery and recurrence of patients with low rectal stromal tumors. Methods A total of 80 patients with low rectal stromal tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2023 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with TEM,and patients in group B were given laparoscopic mesorectal resection. The postoperative recov-ery time, anorectal pressure before and after operation, postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative hospital stay, first feeding time, and first exhaust time in group A were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in rectal maximal tolerable volume(MTV),anal maximal systolic pressure(MSP),anorectal resting pressure(ARP)and rectal volume sensory threshold(RVST)between the two groups one week before operation(P>0.05).One month after operation,MTV,MSP,ARP and RVST in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion TEM in the treatment of patients with low rectal stromal tumors can promote postoperative recovery, with high safety and low recurrence rate.关键词
