Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of double tunnel method with priority to fascia space in the laparoscopic treatment of low rectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with low rectal cancer who underwent the laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgery,and the patients in the observation group were treated with double tunnel method with priority to fascia space.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the ob-servation group had significantly longer operation time(P＜0.05),significantly more intraoperative blood loss(P＜0.05),and significantly shorter postoperative ventilation time and hospital stay(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation,the urination function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the stool control ability was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with low rectal cancer who underwent lapa-roscopic surgery,the selection of double tunnel method with priority to fascia space has a significant effect on promoting the postoperative rehabilitation process,reducing the incidence of postoperative complica-tions,improving urination function and stool control ability.关键词
