Recent advances of CD200-CD200R pathway in inflammatory diseases
摘要
Abstract
Many kinds of diseases are accompanied by inflammatory response owing to abnormal immune system functions.It is necessary to take effective measures to dampen inflammatory and reshape microenvironment of local tissue.CD200-CD200R has been proved as an immune checkpoint signaling pathway to exert immunomodulatory effects on a variety of inflammatory diseases caused by multiple body parts,such as central nervous system,female reproductive system,gynecology,eyes,lungs,intestines and virus intrusion.There is also great potential in areas including clinical diagnostic markers,novel treatments and biomaterials.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore regulatory mechanism and proper uses of CD200-CD200R signaling pathway.关键词
