Strategic purchasing of health insurance to guide the distribution of quality medical resources to subordinate health institutions:Research progress and implications
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the current research status on the connotation of strategic purchase of health insurance and the sinking of medical resources,the research on the mechanism of strategic purchase of health insurance,the research on the influence mechanism of the sinking of medical resources,and the research on the strategic purchase of health insurance to guide the sinking of high-quality medical resources.The paper found out that under the orientation of the value of health,the strategic purchase of health insurance can enhance the effi-ciency of the use of the health insurance funds,raise the quality and the scope of the supply of healthcare services,thus promoting the sinking of medical resources and realizing the reasonable veretical distribution of medical re-sources.It is necessary to use the reform of health insurance payment mode as a lever,follow the health value ori-entation,further optimize the top-level design,and build a market mechanism to ensure the reasonable allocation of medical resources.关键词
