基本公共卫生服务研究热点与演变趋势分析
Analysis of research hotspots and evolutionary trends in basic public health services

Abstract
Objective To systematically summarize the forefront ideas of basic public health research and to explore future research directions using bibliometric methods.Methods The CiteSpace bibliometric tool was used to analyze domestic literature on basic public health services retrieved from the China National Knowledge In-frastructure(CNKI)database,revealing current research hotspots and evolutionary trends in basic public health services.Results Relevant research publications peaked between 2016 and 2019.Currently,a core group of au-thors and leading research forces have not yet formed in this field within China.Keyword clustering,keyword burst detection,and time zone analysis results indicate that equalization of basic public health services,service effec-tiveness for migrant populations,and the integration of big data with medical and preventive services are future hotspots in the research field of basic public health services.Conclusions Future researches may focus on analy-zing the supply-demand levels and influencing factors of the equalization of basic public health services across dif-ferent regions and populations.Systematic investigations are to be conducted on the status quo and barriers of serv-ice utilization by migrant populations,and optimization plans are to be provided.Additionally,there needs to be a focus on data integration and sharing mechanisms,as well as precise service management with big data technolo-gies.关键词
