Exploration of healthcare institution collaboration and expert dispatch services models of compact medical consortia

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of two distinct assistance models of compact medical consortia,namely,healthcare institution collaboration and expert dispatch services,to explore the problems and to propose suggestions.Methods T-test and chi-square test were used to analyze the overall operating indicators,specialized operating indicators,and medical satisfaction for statistical analysis.Results Compared with the as-sistance model of expert dispatch services,the model of healthcare institution collaboration had higher rates of in-crease in outpatient and emergency services,number of discharges,bed usage,and average hospital stay,yet there was no statistically significant difference.There were differences in the overall satisfaction with medical assis-tance and the satisfaction with medical service improvement in local hospitals.Conclusions Compared with the model of healthcare institution collaboration,the expert dispatch model achieves relatively higher satisfaction rates and better outcomes.However,when considering assistance to different levels of hospitals,we need to determine assistance models according to the specific situation of hospitals.关键词
