区域协同管理体系建设对海岛地区心力衰竭患者预后的影响
Impact of regional collaborative management system on the prognosis of heart failure patients in island regions

Abstract
Objective To explore the model of comprehensive management for patients with chronic heart failure in is-land regions and its impact on their prognosis through a regional collaborative management system.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,300 cases of chronic heart failure before the system construction(from January 2019 to June 2020)were collected as the control group,and 300 cases of patients with chronic heart failure after the construction(from Janu-ary 2021 to December 2022)were collected as the observation group.Clinical data such as gender,age,main etiology,and heart function grading of the two groups were compared and showed no significant differences(P＞0.05).The cardiovascular re-admission rate,incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,and all-cause mortality rate within one year were observed in the two groups of patients.Results Comparing before and after system construction,the one-year readmission rate of heart failure pa-tients(23.67％vs.8.67％)decreased(x2=22.335,P＜0.001),the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events(21.33％vs.7.67％)decreased(x2=18.412,P＜0.001),and the mortality rate(15.33％vs.5.67％)decreased(x2=14.768,P＜0.001).Conclusions The establishment of a regional collaborative management system is conducive to the comprehensive management and standardized treatment of patients with chronic heart failure in island regions.It significantly reduces the one-year readmission rate,incidence of adverse events,and all-cause mortality rate of patients,enhances the diagnostic and treat-ment capabilities of primary care physicians for heart failure patients,and promotes hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
