医防融合视角下公共卫生人才队伍建设研究
Building of public health talent team from the perspective of integrated medical care and prevention
摘要
Abstract
In the context of vigorously promoting the"mechanism innovation of coordination and inte-gration of medical care and prevention",this paper pointed out that there were problems such as insufficient quan-tity,unreasonable structure,imperfect training mechanism and serious loss of public health talents in China.Sug-gestions were put forward including broadening the ways of talent introduction,improving the talent training sys-tem,the talent evaluation and incentive assessment mechanism,so as to introduce sucessfully public health tal-ents,give full play to their role and avoid brain drain,and to promote the high-quality development of healthcare services in China.关键词
