Abstract
Self efficacy is an important foundation for civil servants to actively take on responsibilities.To explore the path of improving the self-efficacy of civil servants,this article uses a sample data of 438 civil servants in C area and conducts empirical analysis using an ordered Logit model.The results show that firstly,leadership support has a significant positive impact on the self-efficacy of civil servants.Secondly,self-directed learning among civil servants plays a significant mediating role between leadership support and self-efficacy,with self-directed learning contributing up to 62.51%of the mediating effect.Thirdly,after robustness tests such as replacing the dependent variable and gender group regression,the above conclusion still holds true.Research suggests that leadership support not only directly affects the improvement of self-efficacy among civil servants,but also indirectly promotes their self-efficacy by enhancing their self-learning ability.Research suggests that the construction of a self-learning mechanism for civil servants should be organically combined with the creation of model agencies and the establishment of the top four party branches,in order to enhance the effectiveness of organizational construction through the effectiveness of civil servant self-learning.关键词
