乡村干部数字素养提升行为的影响因素及优化路径
Research on Inf luencing Factors and Optimized Paths of Behavior about Digital Literacy Improvement of Rural Officials

Abstract
As organizers of rural development,the digital literacy improvement behavior of rural officials is of great significance to promoting the digital development of rural areas.This paper,based on the theory of planned behavior and the ternary interaction model,constructs a model of influencing factors of digital literacy improvement behavior of rural officials,selects the survey data of 207 rural officials in County S,and performs analysis and verification by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).As found by the research,both individual factors(behavioral attitude and self-efficacy)and environmental factors(policy promotion and role model demonstration)have a significant positive influence on the digital literacy improvement behavior of rural officials,and environmental factors have a significant positive influence on the improvement behavior mediated by individual factors.Based on this,starting from the environment,individual,and their interactions,three optimization paths are proposed,including leveraging the behavior guidance and normative role at the environmental level,stimulating behavioral initiative at the individual level,and reducing barriers to interaction between the individual and the environment.关键词
