Abstract
At present,China's philanthropy have moved from the initial extensive development to a new stage of high-quality development.The foundation and key to the high-quality development of philanthropy is the construction of high-quality charity talents.Based on the refining of the connotation of"charity talents",this paper puts forward the V-ESA quality and development environment model of charity talents.The construction of China's charity talents is faced with five structural dilemmas in terms of system,profession,industry,organization,and culture.Finally,based on the process theory of the identification of talent values,this paper proposes cracking strategies to promote the construction of high-quality charity talents from the aspects of optimizing the institutional environment,strengthening policy support,updating charity awareness,enhancing industry autonomy,and standardizing institutional human resource management.,In order to promote the high-quality development of philanthropy in the New Era.关键词
