我国关键核心技术人才培养研究现状与热点分析
Analysis on Current Situation and Hot Topic of Research on Cultivation of Key Core Technology Talents in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on CNKI literature data from 2012 to 2023,using the scientific knowledge graph analysis method,this paper analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in China's key core technologies and basic research fields.The research results show that the research on cultivation of key core technology talents in China is showing a rapid development trend.The total number of research literature related to the cultivation of key core technology talents on CNKI has been increasing year by year,showing a small peak in the number of publications in 2017 and 2021 and the largest increase in 2023,which indicates that the research on cultivation of key core technology talents in China has been a hot topic in recent years.Further analysis shows that in order to better implement the strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategies of strengthening the country through talents,and the strategies of achieving innovation-driven development in the new era,we should adhere to the leadership of the Party,strengthen the cultivation of strategic science and technology talents and first-class science and technology leading talents,unleash the innovative momentum of talents,and stimulate innovation vitality;strengthen top-level design and introduce key core technology talent cultivation policies for future industry related fields;strengthen the integration of industry and education and the integration of science and education,and promote the deep talent-related cooperation among enterprises,schools,and research institutes.关键词
