摘要
Abstract
Previous studies have revealed the positive influences of high-engagement work practices on the creativity and innovative behavior of employees,but the relationship between this human resource management practice and the innovation performance of employees still needs to be explored.Based on the job demands-resources model(JD-R model),this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and data analysis of 330 cultural enterprise employees,and finds that developing high-engagement work practices has a significant positive influence on the innovation performance of cultural enterprise employees;job demands and job resources play a mediating role in the relationship between high-engagement work practices and innovation performance of cultural enterprise employees;the dedication of cultural enterprise employees positively adjusts the relationship between job demands and job resources and the innovation performance of cultural enterprise employees.The research results have enriched the mechanism study of the JD-R model in high-engagement work practices and the innovation performance of cultural enterprise employees,and also inspired cultural enterprise managers to implement and optimize high-engagement human resource management practices in a targeted manner,thus effectively stimulating employees'innovation potential and improving innovation performance.关键词
