Strengthening of Participation of Talent Supply Support Enterprises in Basic Research
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the importance of strengthening the participation of talent supply support enterprises in basic research,especially applied basic research,in promoting technological innovation and industrial revitalization,emphasizes the core role of the participation of enterprises in basic research in providing new theories and methods,analyzes the challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in terms of talent reserve for basic research,as well as the experience and inspiration in strengthening the participation of talent supply support enterprises in basic research and achieving high-quality development,and proposes measures that can stimulate the vitality of enterprises in basic research,build collaborative innovation platforms,empower enterprise innovation,and activate innovation engines from the perspective of strengthening the participation of talent supply support enterprises in basic research to achieve high-quality development,including promoting the entrepreneurial spirit of the new era,building collaborative innovation platforms,strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and universities and research institutions,and guiding talent support enterprises to carry out basic research through policy incentives and financial support.关键词
