组蛋白去乙酰化酶2与p21在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征相关性研究
Expression of HDAC2 and p21 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its correlation with the clinical parameters
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of histone deacetylase 2(HDAC2)and p21 in epithelial ovarian carcino-ma(EOC),the clinical features and relationship between them.Methods A total of 95 patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma treated in the Shaoling District People's Hospital form March 2017 to March 2020 were included.RT-PCR and Western blot methods were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression levels of HDAC2 and p21 in each sam-ple tissue,and the relationship between their expression levels and clinical pathological characteristics,as well as their correlation,was analyzed.Results The expression level of HDAC2 in EOC tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P＜0.05)significantly,and it's expression level was positively correlated with the patient's age,tu-mor malignancy,and lymph node metastasis.Meanwhile,the expression level of p21 in EOC tissue was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P＜0.05)significantly,and it's expression level was negatively correlated with the patient's age,tumor malignancy,and lymph node metastasis.There was a negative correlation between the expression of HDAC2 and that of p21 in EOC tissue(r=-0.707,P＜0.001).Conclusions High HDAC2 expression and low p21 ex-pression are correlated with the occurrence,development,metastasis,invasion and prognosis of EOC.The combined de-tection of HDAC2 and p21 expression may be helpful for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of EOC.关键词
