2020-2023年贵阳市禽流感、新城疫的监测与分析
Surveillance and Analysis of Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease in Guiyang from 2020 to 2023

Abstract
In order to understand the risk of avian influenza and Newcastle disease and the level of immune antibodies in Guiyang City,119779 poultry serum samples and 5158 swab samples were collected from 2020 to 2023.The immune antibodies of avian influenza H5 subtype,H7 subtype and Newcastle disease vaccine were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test.The H5 subtype of Avian influenza virus,H7 subtype and H9 subtype of Avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus were detected by fluorescence RT-PCR.The level of immune antibodies and infection of avian influenza and Newcastle disease in poultry were statistically analyzed.The statistical results of the qualified rate of immune antibody showed that the qualified rate of immune antibody samples of avian influenza H5 subtype from 2020 to 2023 was 90.75%-95.37%.The qualified rate of avian influenza H7 subtype immune antibody samples was 94.57%-96.57%.The qualified rate of Newcastle disease immune antibody samples was 89.29%-94.14%.The qualified rates of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus(HPAIV)and Newcastle disease virus immune antibody samples in different sites were 83.65%-99.67%and 85.83%-100%,respectively.The qualified rates of immune antibody samples in commercial farms and breeding farms were higher than those in free-range farmers.The qualified rate of avian influenza H5 subtype immune antibody samples in different regions was 82.46%-99.54%.The qualified rate of avian influenza H7 subtype immune antibody samples was 90.12%-99.77%.The qualified rate of Newcastle disease immune antibody samples was 86.11%-100%.The statistical results of the positive rate of the virus showed that the total positive rate of H5 subtype AIV was 0.54%,the total positive rate of H7 subtype AIV was 0.08%,and the total positive rate of H9 subtype AIV was 1.40%.No positive samples of Newcastle disease virus were detected.From 2020 to 2023,H5 subtype AIV and H7 subtype AIV were only detected in the market environment,and the total positive rates were 1.34%and 0.14%,respectively.H9 subtype AIV was detected in free-range farmers,commercial farms and market environment,with the total positive rates of 0.14%,0.62%and 2.86%,respectively.From 2020 to 2023,H5 subtype of avian influenza virus,H7 subtype of avian influenza virus and H9 subtype of avian influenza virus were not detected in Guanshanhu District,Huaxi District,Nanming District,Wudang District,Yunyan District and Xifeng County.Only H9 subtype of avian influenza virus was detected in Kaiyang County and Qingzhen City,and the total positive rates were 0.4%and 0.7%,respectively.The total positive rates of H5 subtype of avian influenza virus,H7 subtype of avian influenza virus and H9 subtype of avian influenza virus in Xiuwen County were 2.99%,0.22%and 4.42%,respectively.The total positive rates of H5 subtype of avian influenza virus,H7 subtype of avian influenza virus and H9 subtype of avian influenza virus in Baiyun District were 0.15%,0.15%and 2.32%,respectively.The monitoring results showed that the effect of Newcastle disease prevention and control measures in Guiyang was good,the risk of epidemic was low,and the overall level of immune antibody of avian influenza vaccine was good.The risk of HPAI epidemic in Guiyang is low.H5 subtype AIV and H7 subtype AIV are occasionally found in some areas.H9 subtype AIV has a low level of prevalence,especially in the market environment.关键词
