2021年华东地区鸡传染性支气管炎病毒分离、鉴定及S1基因遗传特征分析
Isolation of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus and Genetic Characterization of S1 Gene from East China in 2021
摘要
Abstract
In this study,we collected 187 samples from tracheas,lungs and kidneys of broilers and layer flocks suspected to be infected with Infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)in 2021 in East China for isolation of IBV by inoculating SPF chicken embryos.The isolated IBVs were identified by RT-PCR and sequencing followed by phylogenetic tree analysis based on S1 gene.The results showed that 39 IBV strains were isolated from 79 positive clinical samples using SPF chicken embryos.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the genotypes of these isolates included GⅠ-19,GⅠ-13,tl/CH/LDT3/03 type and GⅥ with GⅠ-19 being the most predominant genotype,and GⅠ-13 was the second most dominant genotype.The genetic evolution characteristics of these isolates in East China had important significance for clinical prevention and control of IBV.关键词
