Application of Heterogeneously Expressed Lipase in Broilers and Piglets Production
摘要
Abstract
Lipases are a family of enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of triglycerides and are widely used in industry.Lipases from microbial sources screened in nature have low yields,and their activity is often insufficient to meet industrial requirements.Thus,lipases are modified to enhance their activity.Different modification methods have a significant impact on lipase activity,depending on the nature of the lipase gene.Modification options can be selected to meet the production requirements.In this paper,the properties of lipase,studies on enhancing the expression and stability of the lipase gene,and the application of lipase in broilers and piglets were summarized.This article provides a valuable reference for the practical application of lipase.关键词
