摘要

Abstract

Compared with macronutrients such as protein,energy,and fat,micronutrients such as trace elements are relatively more likely to be deficient or imbalanced,thus affecting the normal metabolism and ultimately affecting growth performance and meat quality of livestock animals.Trace elements exist in both organic and inorganic forms.Compared with inorganic trace elements,organic trace elements have higher biological availability and activity.Therefore,exploring the appropriate addition levels of organic trace elements in different farm animals,thereby promoting the absorption rate of trace elements and animal production performance,and reducing the emission of trace elements into the environment,is one of the key directions in the research and application of trace elements in animal nutrition.This paper focuses on reviewing the latest research advances in the application of organic trace elements in the production of poultry,pigs,and ruminants in the past decade,and puts forward prospects for future research directions,aiming to rationally apply organic trace elements to improve animal production performance,product quality,and reduce environmental emissions,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of the livestock industry.
