Abstract
With the rapid expansion of livestock and poultry farming in our country,feed resources cannot meet the demand for breeding.Therefore,development of unconventional feed with high yield,high nutritional value,and low cost is crucial for livestock and poultry farming.As a new type of feed crop,Jerusalem artichoke has the advantages of cold resistance,drought resistance,salt-alkali tolerance,high yield,and multiple-year growth.It is rich in various amino acids,vitamins,and minerals.Its tubers,stems,leaves,as well as processed products such as Jerusalem artichoke powder and meal,can be used as feed or additives for feeding.As the main active ingredient,inulin has functions such as enhancing the immune system,regulating intestinal function,and lowering blood lipids.This article mainly reviews the active ingredients,nutritional value,and application of Jerusalem artichoke feed in the livestock and poultry farming industry,in order to provide reference for the extensive application and in-depth research of Jerusalem artichoke feed in livestock and poultry production.关键词
